Tula Health and Wellness was founded by Munira Noorani, a licensed Nurse Practitioner in both Ontario, Canada, and Buffalo, NY. Munira’s passion for medicine and helping others has been a driving force in her life for as long as she can remember. Nursing has never been just a career—it has always been her calling.
She began her healthcare journey in 2008 as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, where she gained extensive experience in assessing, recognizing, and treating patients recovering from open-heart surgery and other critical conditions. This high-acuity environment sharpened her clinical skills and fostered a deep appreciation for working within a multidisciplinary team.
Motivated to expand her scope of practice, Munira earned her Master of Nursing degree from D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY, in 2019 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an NP, she remains dedicated to not only treating illness but also promoting long-term health and building meaningful, lasting connections with her patients.
Munira has undergone specialized training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) with Dr. Neal Rouzier, MD, through the Worldlink Medical Academy. This advanced education has equipped her with the tools to use BHRT effectively in optimizing patients' health and overall well-being.
Her NP career began in a family practice clinic, where she worked with patients across all age groups and from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This foundational experience reinforced her belief that health is deeply personal and shaped by each individual's unique goals and determinants of well-being.
Munira’s approach to care is patient-centered and deeply collaborative. She takes the time to listen carefully to each patient's story and concerns, developing tailored treatment plans designed to restore hormone balance and enhance overall health.
With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, Munira integrates the latest medical research into her work. Her ultimate goal is to help patients achieve balance and improve their quality of life through care that is as individualized as it is effective.
